Two internal potentiometers (R32 and R49) are provided. Adjustment of these controls requires a 50 volt well-filtered variable DC power supply having a 0-100 milliampere meter on the output.

DISCONNECT THE AC POWER CORD

Set the power supply for 48 ± 1 volt and the meter for 100 ma full scale. Attach the power supply to the DC input banana jacks on the rear of the STUDIO B chassis (Red pos. , Blk neg. l. The steady current with no audio input should be 48 to 50 ma.

Remove Q21 from its socket. The power supply current should drop 8 ma. If it does not, adjust R32 such that removal and reinsertior~ of Q21 causes a current draw change of 8 ma.

CAUTION: Orient the tab on Q21 in accordance with the socket when re-inserting. Turn ,power off when re-inserting IC's.

Remove Q41 from its socket. The power supply current should drop
by 12 ma. If it does not, adjust R43 such that removal and re-insertion of Q41 causes a current draw change of 12 ma.
